This page marks where the document will go and lists what it must cover. Nothing on it is binding on you or on Oh Deere AB. It must be replaced by reviewed legal text before anyone is asked to accept it.

When written, these terms will be an agreement between the person or organisation using Wildet and Oh Deere AB (organisation number 559283-5028, Sweden). They will need to cover at least the following.
1. What is being provided
The hardware, the app and the reporting service, and what "the service" does and does not include.
2. Accounts and who may use them
Who can open an account, who is responsible for it, and how access for other people is granted and removed.
3. Hardware, installation and siting
Ownership of equipment, responsibility for its placement on the land, and what happens to it if the agreement ends.
4. Acceptable use of a deterrent
The user's responsibility for local rules on noise, lighting, protected species and animal welfare where the equipment is installed.
5. Subscription, payment and cancellation
How the subscription is priced, invoiced and ended. Written once pricing is public.
6. Availability and limitations
What is promised about uptime, mobile coverage and battery life — and what is not.
7. Liability
The limits of responsibility for damage that occurs despite the equipment, and for the equipment itself.
8. Changes to these terms
How a new version is announced and how the version a user accepted is recorded.
9. Governing law
Which law applies and where disputes are heard.
