When written, this policy will describe what Oh Deere AB (organisation number 559283-5028, Sweden) stores about people who use Wildet, and why. It will need to answer at least the following.

2. What this website collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics at present. If that changes, this section says what was added and why. The waiting-list and early-tester forms send what you type in them — your email address and anything else you choose to fill in — to Wildet, and only after you tick the box agreeing to be contacted about Wildet. Those two forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending them. We then email one link to the address; nothing is kept unless it is used, and what was sent is deleted after seven days if it is not.

3. What the app and the equipment collect

Account details, sign-in records, device identifiers and locations, and the event history the controller reports.

4. Why it is collected and on what legal basis

Each purpose, matched to the data it needs.

5. Who else sees it

Hosting, email delivery, payment and any connected third-party services, named.

6. How long it is kept

Retention periods per category of data.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and complaint, and how to exercise each.

8. Changes to this policy

How a new version is announced and how the version a user accepted is recorded.
